Tasting notes:

Nose: Delicate pine, lavender, tea & grapefruit zest.

Palate: Soft, slightly sweet. Piney juniper leads with grapefruit, tea liquorice, and violet notes follow. Top note of sweetened lemon zest and white pepper.

Finish: Tannins from the tea are evident in the long piney fresh finish.
