Tasting notes :

Nose: Pungent zesty citrus – particularly lime, with Indian curry spice notes and faint lavender. Juniper is fairly subdued. Water amplifies citrus zestiness.

Palate: Taste Orange zest leads with black pepper spice, fresh celery, mild piney juniper and cereal-like, faintly nutty notes.

Finish: Piney juniper, black pepper spiced finish.

Overall: A very clean citrus zesty and spicy American gin with moderate juniper influence..
