Juniper, Elderflower, Spanish Lemon Peel, Angelica Root, Moroccan Coriander Seed, Orris Root
Tasting notes:
Nose:Juniper led nose has warm white pepper with strong coriander and sage aromas with good lemon notes.
Palate: Initially classic London gin palate. As the citrus falls away so the elderflower emerges followed by warm ginger. Creamy mouth feel throughout.
Finish: Round smooth and warm finish. Surprising delicate and lacking that forceful pepper found of the nose.
