1915 G&T: Ice & Tonic served with a Dash of Angostura Bitters a Squeeze of Fresh Lemon garnishe with a Twist of Lemon Zest.
Botanicals:
Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Orange Peel, Orris Root, Cassia Bark, Cinnamon, Ground Nutmeg, Liquorice and Cucumber.
Water:
Sparkling bright, pure and unpolluted, water drawn from thier own spring on the West Coast of Iceland, is married up with the Martin Miller’s uncut spirit which been transported from Birmingham.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Very soft and gentle on the nose, with equal balance of Juniper and Citrus.
Finish:Long and dry, with floral notes.
