Juniper, Orange Peel, English Coriander Seeds Grapefruit Peel, Angelica, Cubeb Pepper, Liquorice Root, and Red Cole (a type of Horseradish).

Tasting notes:

Nose: Zesty notes of sweet orange and fresh citrus.

Palate: Dry with generous coriander and assertive peppery and hot horseradish spice. Notes of green apple and crisp not quite ripe pear.

Finish: Long lingering finish provided by the Red Cole
