Include: locally foraged Juniper, Bilberry, Heather, Hawthorn, Mint & Meadowsweet, plus more Juniper From The Balkans, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Liquorice, Lemon & Orange Peel

Tasting notes:  

Nose: Big, clear fresh citrus, fruity, floral.

Palate: Dry Juniper hit with floral notes. Complex and vibrant a bit harsh.
